That’s not a fair comparison. That’s like showing the Winged Victory of Samothrace and asking us to come up with something made by welding junk car parts.

I miss the whole studio system and the way demanded a certain decorum of their staple of actors. It’s Hollywood and I have no problem with the illusion, particularly, as compared to the whoreishness of today’s ‘it-girls’.
