Does culotte mean something I don’t know about? Incidentally, when you put “culotte definition” into Google, the first thing to pop up is: “Long hair that grows on a dog’s thighs.”
The handy-dandy translator says it means “pants.”
If Melissa’s starting to wear culottes, I’m gonna be very upset.
Culottes are things we wore in the 60’s…..pants that looked like skirts.
