These Pineda Hair Transplant Clinic adverts come with the tagline, “It makes a difference.” It certainly does have an impact upon consumers when using cute little dogs are used to advertise almost anything. However, this doggie is selling hair plugs, which certainly won’t look nearly as darling on, say, Tom Cruise or Brendan Fraser. Still, the only thing that comes even close to a nice set of boobies in selling expensive crap is a cute doggie. For total assholes, it seems that even a dead one will do quite nicely.
