‘Tis true. Ever since this member of the undead tipped me off about Vladimir Poontang being “hailed as a virile vampire,” I can’t stop giggling every damn time a picture of him pops up. So, this photo made me wonder exactly what sort of intriguing policy notes that Vlad the Bad could possibly be jotting down on his trusty Vladpad. Or, perhaps this is a love letter to Alina Kabaeva?
