Dear Diary,
One would think that it’s time to lay off the witty repertoire once one enters the office of their psychopharmalogic pill pusher. Cracking so many jokes that said doctor is literally unable to stop laughing is most likely a counterproductive measure in terms of time, money, and all other things quantifiable.
