All of a sudden lately, I’ve become rather intrigued by the weirdness that is Bai Ling. It’s not that she’s a particularly good actress (always playing a variation of stripper/hooker with a heart of gold), and her sense of style is, well, sort of atrocious at best. Yet, after seeing these photos, both of which were taken in the past week, I was stunned to find out that this is a 43-year old woman. That’s sort of incredible, don’t you think?
Hey, maybe I should give that ciggie-coffie-and-wine diet a try.

Wow, I am sort of impressed. I would have assumed late 20s, early 30s.
Kinda disappointed here… no right nipple. She likes to show off her right nipple. No fair.
You know, I follow Ling’s blog; I also know enough Chinese that I’m used to what happens when Chinese gets converted to English badly. I’ve got to say, I think she’s smarter, and rather more poetic, than we give her credit for. Sort of the Chinese Edna Millay, kinda. A 1930’s Village Bohemian.
She’s also got more range than we’re used to seeing — like in Monkey where she plays Kuan Yin Boddhisatva….
