Oh sure, it sounds ridiculous to compare Bob Saget to a wastrel junkie king of Brit pop, but just listen to the allegations at hand:
When you think of Bob Saget, you probably think of the wholesome doofus persona that he cultivated on Full House and America’s Funniest Home Videos. But the father figure you knew and loved has changed his ways. He now has a one-man comedy show where he swears, screams, talks dirty, and generally makes George Carlin look like Mister Rogers (may they both rest in peace). Yes, I am talking about Danny Tanner here. Seriously, it’s like he’s morphed into Pete Doherty before our very eyes. Little R.T. would have been devastated.
- Blasphemy! This nonbeliever shall be struck down by the almighty Lord Saget. One must remember always to Praise Lord Saget:
- Obey the word of Lord Saget, for it is the ultimate truth.
- Honor Lord Saget, for it is the only way to Sagetopia (“Heaven”)
- Laugh and be jolly, for it is the way of Lord Saget.
- Pray each day to Lord Saget, for it is the path to righteousness.
- Spread the word of Lord Saget, for it is your duty.
Everyday miracles are worked by Lord Saget, well, every day. After all, only Lord Saget can make the Olsen twins smile. That should make a believer out of you.

Bob Saget has always had a mouth on him in his stand-up routines – that people are just being shocked about it now is what I find newsworthy.
Saget was a shock comic long before Full House. That was what made his cheesy role there and on that video show so funny because you just knew at times he had a dirty joke in mind.
In case there’s anyone who hasn’t seen it, you have to check out the video “Rolling with Saget”. And, if you can find it, there should be a vid out there of a comic contest to tell the world’s dirtiest joke.
He won hands down.
For clarification re the dirtiest joke…it’s not funny…it’s disgusting, and I haven’t been able to make it past the first 30 seconds of “they go to the audition”, yet it’s so damned freaky listening to Bob Saget set it up that it’s like ogling a car wreck.
In any case, it’s called “The Aristocrats”.

Really? This is news? Have you guys never seen a roast? He’s always on there, and his stand-up is disgusting and sometimes funny – which to me is the surprising part.
