Jvon, it’s funny how that jumped out at me too.
As for the double, why does he look so familiar?
That looks like it might be a windsor knot, and he should have gone to a big & tall shop for the tie. Looks like Brad did (or he’s a midget).

someone is so fired…looks nothing like him, i thought those guys were supposed to at least sort of look at you at first sight…
He does have that look about him, like someone said “ok, we’re done with you for today… we’ll call you if we need you again.”
