Jemima Khan, who is best known these days as “Hugh Grant’s Ex-Girlfriend,” was snapped out at a Russian charity auction for “Naked Heart Foundation.”

The annual black-tie celebration was attended by the likes of Andrew Lloyd Webber:

Brit society girls Jemima Khan and Jasmine Guinness were among the glamorous crowd out to play at the start of the week in London’s Old Billingsgate Market. They were joined by top international names from the fashion, art, sports and show business worlds flocking to out-bid one another at the Russian Rhapsody party where ‘haute couture toys’ [sic] were being auctioned for a good cause.

What an embarrassment to be seen wearing a dress containing a rhineshone tie quite similar to Britney Spears’ very own during a binge at a stripper club a few months back. Not that it was intentional or anything . . . or was it?
