Matt Damon is on everybody’s list these days and inspiring new man crushes in the most unlikely corners, it seems. In addition to his wholesome good looks, Damon also possesses a sharp mind and soft-spoken manner that belies his ability to do a startlingly accurate impression of Matthew McConaughey. And, in the last year or so, the third installments of the Bourne and Ocean’s trilogies have confirmed Matt Damon as a solid Hollywood player. To wit: He appears on this year’s top spot on the Forbes.com list of Most Bankable Actors, and he was followed by the likes of Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, and Vince Vaughn. According to Holy Moly, Damon chose to use this information for a greater good:
[H]e called George Clooney to rub in the fact he was now the most bankable star in the world. Clooney put Damon in his place: “The Legend Of Bagger Vance.”
Matt’s reply: “Batman And Robin.”

Indeed, the batcrotch qualifies Batman and Robin as the most embarrassing film in Clooney’s repository of roles. That had to hurt.

That’s like giving the Batman a bat wedgie.
That hurts just thinking about it…
Clooney is still the hotter one, hands down. But Matt Damon’s funny as hell, so they’re both cool in my book.
Completely and totally off topic, but there haven’t been any good Paris posts lately.
Please tell me you saw the clip on TMZ a few days ago of Paris at the airport on her way to Boston to accept the ‘Woman of the Year’ award from Harvard.
(It was actually quite sad. She thought she was getting the award from Harvard ‘University’)
