Most photos of celebrities are orchestrated, airbrushed, and styled beyond belief, which is perhaps why Twitpics are such a novelty. Sure, there’s still a subjective filter there, but impromptu Twitterings at least bypass the sterility of publicist-directed statements on behalf of an actor or musician. Of course, most celebs end up demonstrating their own vapidity and provide reasons not to follow them. With that said, the Omar Doom is still one of the only “famous types” that I actually follow on Twitter. As if to prove my point (not to mention the Basterd status), Doomy has posted the above photo of him looking as miserable as possible at the dentist. This photo now leads MTV’s daily Twitterwood report ahead of allegations that Harvey Keitel uses his black Mercedes to cut off pedestrians. Moral of the story? Pfc. Omar Ulmer is now cooler than Mr. Wolf.
