George “Just Too Funky For Me” Michael is really pissed off (again) at Elton John for apparently causing a media frenzy over George’s state of mind. This is based upon an offhanded remark that Elton made 18 months ago about George being in a “strange place” and wasting his talents, and George has performed some creative interpretation:

“Elton said he thought I was really miserable for some reason. From that point on I’ve been trying to prove that I’m not. Unfortunately it made me incredibly vulnerable to the press.”

“The subtext to it is ‘well, he was all right before he came out and now he lives this depraved gay life and he’s miserable and fat’,”

How bizarre. It’s doubtful that Elton John would look down upon anyone for being gay, since he was one of the first to enter a legal gay marriage in England last December. Also, it certaily wasn’t Elton who caused George Michael to be arrested in February when he slumped over in his vehicle with cannibus and GHB (Liquid Ecstasy) coursing through his veins. Oh yes, and the police popped the trunk of his vehicle and found a “cache of pornographic material including sex toys and masks.”

That doesn’t even touch the toilet sex in Los Angeles, circa 1998, which of course, had to be Elton John’s fault as well.
