David Miscavige, the leader of Scientology, has informed Tom that he has been “chosen” as the “Christ” of Scientology, and that Cruise will be worshipped not unlike Jesus for his ability to spread his faith throughout the world. According to one of the cult’s upper members:
Tom has been told he is Scientology’s Christ-like figure.
Like Christ, he’s been criticised for his views. But future generations will realise he was right.
Oh yes, and the faulty logic of your statements shall prevail as well. Seriously, look at the parodoxical nature of this utter crap, which is purported to be founded upon the “technology of making the able more able and teaching people to think for themselves,” yet also claims in its scriptures that “THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN CONTROL PEOPLE IS TO LIE TO THEM.” L. Ron Hubbard may not have been a true prophet, but he certainly was creative.

Does this mean we get to crucify him?
That seems to be an awfully dangerous analogy for a Scientology leader to make when you think about it. After all, Jesus was a Jew who essentially revolted against Judaism and showed all the things that were wrong with it, and eventually was the icon around a whole new religion.
So would someone who believed in Scientology really want to encourage that? Not that anything having to do with Scientology makes any sense anyway.
