While I could cite a million examples of the haughty attitude of the GOOPer, it’s hard to beat this latest example from The Smoking Nun’s Chuck Taylor, who has an eyewitness account of how GPal behaved after posing for the press at a so-called “charity event”:

Miss Gwyneth was overheard telling her publicist, “I’m done. Get the roaches out of here,” referring to those very photographers that deliver her pictures to the wire services, newspapers and weekly celebrity magazines, helping her maintain any semblance of relevance.

Watch out, Gwynnie. If people were to somehow get the idea that you’d ever set eyes upon an actual roach (which, presumably, is your basis for this cute little metaphor), well, they might mistake you for a pedestrian.
