I’d just like to point out something that simultaneously frustrates and delights me about Paltrow: she has terrible posture. She hunches her shoulders like a teenaged girl who is embarrassed of her height. Hasn’t anyone — her mother, agent, acting coach (if she’s had one), stylist — ever pointed out to her the advantages to a movie star in standing up straight?
I think she simply believes she looks cooler when she slouches. She probably got into the habit as a preteen.
She can’t use her height as an excuse, because from what I’ve heard she is actually 5-7/170cm max, which is taller than average but not quite supermodel height.
She certainly has always loved wearing massive heels.;)
