Zak Efron appears on the cover of the upcoming Details magazine, and I must say that he looks much better without that awful fringe cut framing his face. In fact, he actually has a jawline and cheekbones underneath all of that usual mess.
Michael of Dlisted still refers to Efron as the “Cover Girl” de jour:
Who’s that lovely lady on January/February’s Detail Magazine? It’s that little twinkie, Zac Efron. He actually has a touch of masculinity. Just a touch. I think they had to Photoshop make-up OFF of him, because he never leaves home with full foundation and eyelashes.

All six of the High School Musical stars have officially signed on for High School Musical 3: Senior Year, Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Productions announced Monday. Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman and Lucas Grabeel will star in the third and final installment, a feature film.
In this exciting finale to the HSM trilogy . . . Gabriella (Hudgens) dumps Troy (Efron) after she catches him frolicking with Ryan (Grabeel) in the boys’ locker room. Then, things go really wrong when someone mistakes actor Corbin Bleu for an actual dinner entrée, and Sharpay (Tisdale) misplaces her new nose. Somehow, the Wildcats still manage to win the basketball championship yet again. Will the group of friends ever make it to high school graduation, or will they keep dancing in the hallways until the men in white coats arrive?
