Hey, remember when you bitches thought it was so damned amusing when I declared that Trent Reznor really is Santa and shamelessly photoshopped a visual aid to boot? Well, Santa Reznor delivers, and when Trent alluded to a “small holiday gift,” nobody knew that what he was really talking about was a massively huge package. You see, during the Lights In the Sky tour, Nine Inch Nails had been hoping to record enough video footage to document the tour on DVD. Well, the asshole record company that still holds the copyrights to NIN’s earlier albums told Trent that they wouldn’t allow this and that he could kindly go and fuck himself about twelve different ways. So, Trent, presumably after fucking himself, encouraged fans to record HD footage at a few of the last concerts and do whatever they wished with it. Check this shit out:

The internet is full of surprises these days.

I was contacted by a mysterious, shadowy group of subversives who SOMEHOW managed to film a substantial amount (over 400 GB!) of raw, unedited HD footage from three separate complete shows of our Lights in the Sky tour. Security must have been lacking at these shows because the quality of the footage is excellent.

If any of you could find a LINK to that footage I’ll bet some enterprising fans could assemble something pretty cool.
