Amy Winehouse was nominated for six Grammys last night, so presumably her career is six times as doomed as that of your run of the mill Grammy nominee. But you can’t take these things for granted. Amy stayed up for a fourth consecutive night Wednesday, looking for new and exciting ways to ruin her health, alienate her fans, and build Britney’s self esteem by making her look comparatively responsible. Along the way Amy kicked the Self-Destructo-Mobile into overdrive by changing her pants in the back of a car and giving the world one of those knees-to-the-ears crotch shots perfected by her American cousins. Mercifully, she was still wearing her underwear from Sunday (evidently Amy’s panties are labeled with the months of the year), although the drooling adds a genuinely creative touch of grossness.
