There appear to be no end to the Inglourious Basterds teaser trailer spoofs (original here), and the above effort, Inglourious Plummers, just happens to feature the Super Mario characters, including Toadsworth (as the Brad Pitt character) and Princess Peach (as the Eli Roth character… ha!). At least there’s no plumber’s crackage (unlike Diane Kruger’s recent red carpet reveal) involved, but between this spoof and the Lego version, I’m growing increasingly entertained disturbed by the lengths that Quentin Tarantino fans will go to achieve a decent parody. Of course, that doesn’t stop me from having a favourite among these (and many other unnamed) spoofs, for I actually find the Inglourious Toddlers parody to be rather hilarious and wish that I’d thought of it myself. So let’s run that one again, shall we?
