Much fuss has been made about Kristen Stewart capturing the role of Joan Jett in The Runaways, the upcoming biopic about the 1970s teenage band. So, we’ve seen several split screen-style photos that illustrate just how readily Stewart is adapting her appearance for the role, but this photo of Jett and Stewart together is rather striking. At this point, these two could pass for mother and daughter.

The thing is….the Runaways sucked. They were only famous because guys wanted to fuck Cherie Currie and Dakota isn’t hot enough to play her.
