You can start calling Jennifer Aniston Cleo, because she is now officially Queen of Denial. Let’s start with P!nk (I might have to start spelling my name with an @, for equal coolness), recounting a conversation she had with Jennifer’s on/off boytoy John Mayer: “I got into an argument with him. He said something along the lines of, ‘I only shag really stupid women,’ and I said, ‘I guess they would have to be.’ I don’t get him and Jennifer at all.” Naturally, when Jennifer heard this she became absolutely furious—at P!nk:

You’d think Jennifer could direct a little of her wrath at that Mayer guy who basically called her a dolt and suggested that smart women didn’t meet his standards. But at this point, Mayer can get away with anything. If John Mayer were the celebrity face of Scientology rather than Tom Cruise, the cult would have fifty million members by now. Female, mostly. And admittedly, not very bright females.
