For several years now, the English tabloids have been attempting to pinpoint “The Next Kate Moss.” Of course, this is one of those unwitting displays of unity by these rags to displace the crown of Moss, who is now 35-years old (!), as one of the last remaining supermodels with selling power. Little do these tabloids realize that they’re actually helping Moss by constantly keeping her in the “scandalous” spotlight.

So, Moss gets slightly playful with her tabloid image in the latest Longchamp advert campaign. Of course, I’m not speaking of “playful” in a pathetic sense, as in Jennifer Aniston’s impregnation-by-baster. Instead, Moss appears alongside a model, 24-year old Russian Sasha Pivovarova, who could very well pass for a younger sister. The effect is also rather intriguing in a they-might-be-lesbians sort of way, which, apparently, will sell more expensive shit for Longchamp.
