Kate Moss cannot possibly care about her public image if she lets Pete Doherty make home movies like this, and somehow, these movies get “leaked” onto the internet. Either that, or she’s too drugged up to notice her surroundings. Much like Pete Doherty, the answer could go either way:

First, this appears to be a slightly boring home video. If it was not for the personalities involved it would merit no comment whatsoever, let alone deranged opprobrium.
Second, this is not a slightly boring home video. This is a very expensively produced example of buzz marketing. At least, the framing of the shot, lighting and wardrobe strongly suggest this to be the case. From the tenor of these comments it looks as though Moss/Doherty got their money’s worth.
