From the looks of the above advert, Keira Knightley is still the face of Chanel’s iconic fragrance, Coco Mademoiselle, despite rumours that Emma Watson was to take over the campaign and, presumably, launch into the realm of overexposure. Naturally, such a move by Emma wouldn’t do much to satisfy desire she’s expressed, “I’m hoping to fade into the background,” that is, after completing work on the last Harry Potter movie. Still, the thought of Keira and Emma getting the claws out in competition for the same job, well, that’s something that would get at least a few male tongues wagging, so I can see the appeal of said rumour.
