Well, that didn’t take long. Apparently La Lohan flunked a drug test sometime last week, roughly two weeks after she was released 67 days early from rehab—because, as her judge said at the time, “it appears she is very serious about her sobriety.” TMZ has confirmed that the “troubled starlet” tested positive for cocaine. Lindsay’s people have denied the story, because Lindsay’s people are basically idiots.
Honestly, even in Hollywood is it possible to find a more comprehensive failure than this chick? (Just step back, Michael Lohan. You’ll get your turn.) She’s failed at her film career, she’s failed at her musical career, she’s failed at fashion design, at product endorsements, and now she’s failing at rehab. (Admittedly, she excels at being a trash model.) Trash modeling aside, her sole skill appears to be self-medication. But in that limited area, she’s a demoness. If drug abuse ever needs a poster child, Lindsay’s your girl. Wait a couple of years, and they’ll be able to use her autopsy photos.

Coke is detectable in your system for something like 48 hours. It takes talent to fail a drug test for coke. So congratulations, Lindsay!
In the future everyone will have 15 minutes of Lindsay Lohan. Grace Lee Whitney was a role model.
It’s sad and it’s pathetic but I’ve watched folks with far fewer resources and fewer bad influences try to kick a drug habit and it’s not as simple as “Just say ‘No’”.
I can’t stand the thought of another young person, a talented one at that, throwing her life down the drain, and I’m pulling for her.
Unfortunately, in her world, there will always be some sonofabitch more than willing to help push her down the crapper just a little bit further, either for the hanger-on benefits or out of pure fucking meanness.
