Actually, this probably makes her the anti-Doherty. It’s well known that Madonna, who turns 49 today, plans to cheat death and aging by following a fitness regimen that includes a macrobiotic diet, workouts that can last for up to fourteen hours, and bathing in the blood of girl scouts (okay, not quite). Lately, however, she’s added a new component to the program. On a recent New York-to-London flight the matronly Material Girl startled her fellow passengers by mainlining B-complex vitamins during the flight. Moreover, Madonna is so impressed by the results of spiking B-12 that she’s begun pushing the treatment on the cast of Rocknrolla, Guy Ritchie’s current fiasco-in-progress. Madge has been giving the cast regular buttshots (hopefully not the method she used on the plane flight), as actor Tom Hardy learned when Guy offered to introduce him to the missus:
