Madonna: Not Untouchable After All

By Bedhead in Madonna, Pop Culture Mix, Quasi-Intellectual Utter Crap

Not that anyone would want to actually touch Madonna.

Madonna is a common plagiarist, according to a Belgian court, which apparently needs to grease their rusty old wheels of justice. The court found that Madonna’s 1998 let’s-writhe-in-the-desert-and-pretend-we’re-Hinduians hit, “Frozen,” contained parts of some bizarro song written by an unknown named Salvatore Acquaviva.

At press time, no monetary damages had been issued, but Madonna must withdraw all remaining CDs, and no more radio broadcasts of the song shall be played. Hmm. Suddenly, the value of my CD collection just increased a wee bit. That Acquaviva fellow should go after the bottled water companies as well.
