Here’s the story of two lovely ladies, courtesy of the Department of Ruining Your Childhood. Maureen McCormick, who played Marcia Brady on that dumb sitcom, is about to come out with Here’s the Story, a tell-all book about her Brady Bunch years. Along with a candid discussion of her eating disorders and substance abuse, the book reveals that she and Eve Plumb (aka Jan Brady) had a lesbian affair. Presumably she’ll also say something about sleeping with Greg Brady, although that’s been common knowledge for years. No doubt Robert Reed’s homosexuality will also get a mention.
Criminy. It’s becoming impossible to look at the picture above without thinking, “All of these people did drugs and screwed each other.” The Bradys were supposed to be the iconic American family of the 1970s, and it turns out that in reality they made the Lohans look almost semi-functional by comparison. Once, when someone asked Eve Plumb which episode of the show was her favorite, she said, “The last one.” Good call, Jan.

Charming. I wonder how Eve feels about being outed like that.
The rest of it’s hardly surprising though. It was the 70s. Everyone was doing drugs and humping anything that moved. Unlike the 80s, when it was no longer fashionable but I did the best I could.
Okay, but I always knew Alice was a diesel dyke
[...] the Brady Bunch girl on girl action we’ve all been waiting for. Ohhhhhh, [...]
Think the comment on Alice is pretty funny, because Ann B. is a family friend of ours and is a SUPER INTENSE Christian. Last time she was in Denver to visit, my sister and I were going to see 30 Seconds to Mars (WE HAD TO SEE JARED LETO LEAVE ME ALONE) and she asked us if they were a Christian band. She was rather bemused when we said no. True story.
I guess carpet munching is a eating disorder
