Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab after her car-wreck of a weekend got a little too literal, but least she was smart enough not to return to Wonderland, the clinic where she spent the month of January achieving absolutely nothing. But Promises, her new home away from home, might not be such a hot choice either. This is, after all, the clinic that did such a superb job of helping Britney Spears get her shit together, and Sunday night Britney was found vomiting uncontrollably in the men’s room of the Sky Bar at the Mondrian Hotel in LA. The usual anonymous source described Britney as “slumped over the toilet bowl with make-up smeared over her face and her wig hanging off,” and went on to say, “She didn’t really seem with it, but I don’t know if she was drunk or not.” When hotel security escorted Brit out of the building, she was heard telling them, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Things aren’t going well for me at the moment.” And apparently Promises didn’t make them go any better.

Britney has some meandering post up on her website that starts off, “I just wanted to reach out to all of you and explain some of the things that I have been faced with recently,” and proceeds to explain absolutely nothing. Obviously the girl knows her life is a mess and still hasn’t figured out how to turn things around. It’s anyone’s guess what the future holds for Miss Toxic, but after being discovered in a toilet, semi-conscious and drenched in her own upchuck, a gig as celebrity spokesperson for Promises Residential Treatment Centers probably isn’t in the cards.
