Although Quentin Tarantino has his virtues, following through on his projects isn’t always one of them. That said, it looks like he might be serious about extending the Kill Bill franchise for one—or possibly two—more installments. Tarantino mentioned the project on an Italian talk show earlier this month, and now Uma Thurman is confirming that Kill Bill Vol. 3 is a go, sort of, and she’ll be part of it:
We did chat, we did chat…. He has not yet finished the script. I don’t even really know if he’s really started it, although I got a taste of some of his ideas and they are really good
Not a lot of detail there, I admit. The Guardian has some suggestions on how Tarantino might extend the story in the absence of Bill/Carradine (now dead on a few different levels), and there’s even talk of Kill Bill Vol. 4, some sort of revenge drama focusing on Vernita Green’s daughter Nikki and Beatrix Kiddo’s daughter B.B. Personally, I’ll be on board for a couple more installments. As long as Part Three doesn’t introduce some cutesy CGI ninja E-Woks, that is. And if Part Four has a character that even faintly resembles Jar-Jar Binks, Tarantino will be dead to me.

Excuse me, but how can they have a Kill Bill 3???? She already killed Bill. I don’t think you can kill someone twice. As far as I know, when you’re dead, you’re dead. I think Quinton needs to actually think of another title.
