And her brain is… Oh, no doubt it’ll turn up eventually. Megan Fox, whose career largely consists of being the sizzle that makes Michael Bay’s Transformers movies semi-watchable, is sick and tired of being a sexpot. Why, oh why, do people insist on seeing Megan as Angelina Jolie’s slightly trashier kid sister, instead of the serious actress she knows herself to be?

Sort of laudable, I guess. Although, as the Agent notes, Megan won’t get much help from Michael Bay. (In fairness, from Pearl Harbor forward Michael Bay hasn’t shown any noticeable interest in seeing anyone develop as an actor.) And Diablo Cody’s Jennifer’s Body probably won’t move that “serious actress” ball any farther down the field. But maybe one day, Megan will get that serious, deeply unsexy role she’s hoping for. And if not, she can always use another interview/photo spread in Empire or Maxim to vent her frustration.

It’s the Daily Mail. They probably literally made up the entire “interview.” This is the first time (that I know of anyway) she’s said something like this. She usually embraces her…uhh…sexpotness? Anyway…when one flier is way off the target, you throw it out of the group. I’m calling shenanigans on the Mail. They lie like a Congressman.
She might try picking other roles then.
Of course, we all know she doesn’t really mean it anyways. Standing around and looking pretty is all she can do (God knows she can’t actually ACT).
She’s beautiful, she’s wealthy, and she’s a bitch…kinda goes together! Complaining about the one thing that has made you famous and wealthy is just a little silly, isn’t it? I mean, I don’t see her doing MONSTER roles or anything that would require a uni-brow, so I’ll take this with a grain of salt about the size of my TRUCK.
