Rosie O’Donnell finds herself in an unfamiliar situation – taking orders from someone else. As the top dyke finds herself immersed once again within a daytime television show, O’Donnell now learns that blogging about work isn’t a good thing:
“I didn’t like the blog,” [Barbara] Walters tells Newsweek of a post in which O’Donnell complained about a promotional skit for the new season. “I saw the new view promos,” O’Donnell wrote on her Web site. “Found myself/ in the position/ I loathe the most/ powerless.”
One would imagine Rosie’s surprise when Barbara Walters actually dared to request that Rosie never blog about The View ever again. The group dynamic that Barbara craves may just explode in very short order. Rosie also claims that she had nothing to do with the dismissal of Star Jones from the nauseatingly popular morning show.
“I would love to think I had the kind of power to say ‘Fire her, but what would my motive be for ruining her life?”
I can think of a few reasons why Rosie may want Star Jones to fall into the gutter, with “poop soup” rising to the top of the list.
