Damn, whenever I hear any news about Jack White, it makes me feel like the laziest person in the entire world. You see, it’s not enough for White to maintain his three bands–The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, and The Dead Weather–he’s also planning on recording a solo album, which could very well happen this year. NME has the details:
The White Stripes frontman hinted that he could get around to recording material for the album in the near future, though he admitted to Rolling Stone that he doesn’t know what form it will take.
Speaking about whether he would play all instruments on it, he declared: “I’ve never done that [played everything himself]. I thought about that. That might be the challenge – to differentiate from anything else that I’ve done.”
Bloody hell. When he’s done with his solo album, he’ll probably get bored with that and start a fourth band. Doesn’t this man ever take some time off to play golf, take up running, or even just rub one out for the hell of it? This serious work ethic thing can’t be healthy.

Let’s not forget his joint efforts, such as the project with Loretta Lynn.
Yeah.
I’ll have some of what he’s having.
