In some ways, Jon Gosselin is quite an impressive fellow. He took a reasonably positive public image and drove it so far into the negative column that at this point, Jon & Kate + 8 = something less than nine worthwhile human beings. And he did it in a fraction of the time it took Lindsay Lohan. What makes this even sadder is that Jon seems dimly aware of how thoroughly he’s screwed up his life. Hence, I guess, this video Gosselin made for the oddly named “Funny or Die” (which stubbornly refuses to do either one), where he undoes all the moronic decisions he’s made lately.
Sorry, but it’s going to take more than that. Maybe if Gosselin went back in time to, say, 2004 and had it out Thunderdome-style with his new pal Levi Johnston. Gosselin would have to win the match, of course. Even then, he’d have to heroically die from his own injuries before I could start to view the guy in a positive light.
