Via Mudville Gazette, some madness from the always sassy and ever-clueless Code Pink, who took out an advertisement in Iraqi newspapers:
“We, the people of the United States, Iraq and people worldwide, have had enough of the senseless war in Iraq.”
Wait a second – these womyn claim to speak for the United States as a whole?
“We’ve watched in horror as our precious resources are poured into war while our families’ basic needs of food, shelter, education and healthcare go unmet.”
Our precious resources? I wasn’t aware that the United States now carried policies that guaranteed socialized healthcare and free food and housing for all. I guess I can stop working now and claim various and sundry entitlements too! Giggle.
Grab a button that illustrates Code Pink’s absolute thinking. Don’t hotlink though, for that isn’t an entitlement.

Gee whiz! Had I known that all the USA was against the war I would have gone home a long time ago. My wife is a woman and she is very supportive of the effort. Dog gone it, I must not be a real American if I am fighting bad guys.
Actually I am quite proud of the fact that I have expended some of our “precious resources” towards eradication of Islamofascists. HOOAH!
I love the button, thanks for allowing us to steal.

Excellent post! I’ll be linking to it shortly.
I support our soldiers 100%. It’s idiots like this that make me wish we still had public flogging.
Not really.
Because I might be flogged for some of the crap I say.
But those morons should definitely have their mouths/keyboards under lock & key.
[...] Why are all those GOP/Bush/Iraq war protesters so angry? Maybe because they are mugging for the media’s cameras? Perhaps they are planted there to throw bombs disrupt the democratic process and make friends with our enemies. [...]
