Morrissey has been known to cop an attitude on stage, such as that recent Coachella episode wherein he complained of the stench of burning flesh from the festival convention stands. Now, he’s taken to storming offstage after two songs in Liverpool. Yeah, so he got pelted by a well-intentioned “plastic beaker of beer,” but c’mon, just kick the offending “fan” outta there instead of ruining the concert for everyone, would ya?
Am I being too hard on the insufferable whiner? Perhaps I’m just feeling rather bitter about the horrid “Morrisseyfest” that I was forced to attend several years ago. Hell, that required some serious therapy in the aftermath.
