The lord of the dance pointed us towards a “lost screen test,” in which Paris Hilton read for a role in The Queen. This 2006 film was, most decidedly, Oscar bait, and it did, in fact, receive one Academy Award (Best Actress, Helen Mirren) and five more nominations. As one would expect, poor Paris did not score a role in this film, and we’re not even sure how she managed to get in for a screen test, but, in retrospect, the footage is awfully amusing, or maybe it’s just bloody awful. That’s up to you to decide after watching the clip below.
Throughout this screen test, Paris cannot seem to stop moving around (due to her need to “c’mon, vogue” her way through life), and her embarrassingly awful rendition of an English accent evokes a poorly drawn drag queen. Even if Paris wasn’t quite possibly the worst actress in SoCal, we’re pretty damn sure that she would have ruined all chances for a callback after declaring, “My cootchie itches,” and following up with a very classy, “Can I just take my shirt off?”

You’re out of line. While it is true that there is lots of footage proving that Paris Hilton is a ditz (and a slut, and answers her phone in the middle of sex), I disagree that fabricating more is some sort of ethical shortcoming. I found it pretty amusing.
But our beloved AB is not in the video fabricating business.
I like that “bob gibson” feels it is pointless to argue about it, then goes on to ARGUE ABOUT IT.
