Oh, Gwyneth. Our favourite GOOPer must certainly feel that we’re all too stupid to realize that her weekly newsletter/hack website has turned into a series of thinly-veiled blind items (i.e., the “frenemy“) relating to her own myopic social circle:

Have you ever loved somebody who drinks until their usually charming personality is usurped by a monster? Or discovered that someone you adore is throwing up after every meal? Or wondered if you are stuck in a feedback loop of tension and unrest because you need the adrenaline of stress to function?

Oh hell, I don’t even care which of her rich, snobbish, and misunderstood friends that GPal is talking about here. Presumably, she’s put all of this “good” out there to help establish herself as an expert of sage advice, but I sense a Hollywood backlash coming soon.

On a more linguistic note, GOOP now comes in a Spanish version! For amusement’s sake, I do hope that Gwyneth herself will be working her mad translation skills, but we probably won’t get that lucky.
