Gwyneth Paltrow has pissed off her physiotherapist for defying instructions not to wear high heels. The actress is still recovering from her knee surgery in June, but in the name of fashion, GPal stealthily tottered about in silver stilettos at San Diego’s Comic-Con convention. She even tried to keep the photogs from revealing her secret:

“Don’t show my non-orthopedic shoes. I got off the crutches two weeks ago and the cane yesterday and I’ve been doing a lot of physical therapy and I’m seriously not supposed to be in these shoes, but that’s OK.”

She obviously couldn’t bear to be seen in ugly orthopedic shoes, but it seems that Miss Gwyneth was attempting to censor the press. Nice try, bitch.
