This story’s been coming down the road for a while now (so to speak). Two months ago Lane Garrison, who plays the sleazy and unlikeable Tweener on FoxTV’s Prison Break, jumped the curb and piled his car into a tree, killing a 17-year-old male passenger and injuring two 15-year-old girls who were riding with him. Witnesses have said that Garrison gave had several drinks at a party, gave vodka to teenage guests, and was on his way to buy more alcohol when the accident occurred. Now the results of his blood test are out, and they ain’t good. Garrison had a blood alcohol level of .2 percent at the time of the accident, not to mention an unspecified amount of coaine. As a result, police are now asking that Garrison be charged with felony gross vehicular manslaughter, DUI, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The charges could land Garrison in the slammer for up to ten years.
In some ways, this case sounds like almost the opposite of the troubles faced by Brandy. Unlike Garrison, Brandy wasn’t drunk or on drugs, and so far the parents of Garrison’s dead passenger haven’t hit the actor with a multimillion-dollar lawsuit. Obviously the final decision will be in the hands of the courts, but right now it doesn’t look like Garrison is going to escape from this one.

I don’t think he’s going to fare too well in prison.
The show is already over for him: Mahone whacked his character.
