Comedienne Sarah Silverman certainly enjoys her moments of slight humour, but after watching this video, I’m a wee bit disgusted to say the very least. Either Silverman is pimping the controversy angle for ratings, or she just doesn’t have too many subjects to make fun of. Either way, she should realize that poor taste isn’t a mere substitute for humour.
However, attempting to reason while I am tipsy is never a productive endeavor, so I’ll just shush now. Carry on.

I didn’t really find this offensive, but it’s not funny, either.
IT sort of funny but in that obvious subversive way to piss off anti-abortion people, or maybe prove that those who have abortions just get them done all the time because they’re fun. Whatever, Sarah, you’re not that funny anymore.
I agree with jvon
I think this is that sort of “humor” that is supposed to be funny BECAUSE it is trying so hard to be offensive, but it just ends up being kind of pathetic.
People disagree on abortion. (Now there’s an understatement.) As far as I can tell she’s making fun of people for having moral convictions about it. That’s hypocritical, of course, because I’m sure that she feels pretty strongly that women have a right to choose, which is in itself a moral conviction.
There’s a certain crowd that seems to think that having any sort of strong beliefs on morality is stupid, hilarious, etc — unless they are the beliefs that they themselves hold, of course. I don’t think you’ll see a comedy act about global warming out of one of these nimrods anytimes soon, because, OMG, that is serious.
[...] AB: Sarah Silverman is so cutting edge [...]
of course you republicans hate this clip. It`s got an edge thats kind of howard stern ish ` . you get it or you don`t!
Honey, it’s got nothing to do with politics.
This would be the point where the conversation normally devolves, so I’m shutting the thread.
