Fergie’s been getting quite a bit of attention this week for an interview she did with Vibe magazine, where she said: “…singing is a gift from God, and when people say I can’t sing, it’s kind of like insulting God.â€? Even if Fergie’s bracingly maniacal assessment of her talent were correct, using a gift from God to spread songs like “My Humpsâ€? and “Somethin for that Assâ€? all over the world might not be the wisest use of that gift. In any case, Fergie had no problem taking her own lovely lady lumps back to the shop for extensive refitting, so obviously there are some gifts from God she’s ready to mark “Return to Sender.â€?

I’m not going to link to a BEP video, mostly because I enjoyed “My Humps� about as much as jamming a pencil in my ear.
