The Dark Knight opens next Friday, and in all likelihood Warner execs all over Los Angeles are suffering premature ejaculations just contemplating the probable box office returns for that first weekend. We still have eight days while the tsunami of pre-release publicity builds, and by next Friday the surviving cast members will be more or less ubiquitous, including Maggie Gyllenhaal. Maggie took over as Assistant DA Rachel Dawes after Katie Holmes shrewdly decided to make the highly disappointing Mad Money instead. As part of the general publicity onslaught, Ms. Gyllenhaal did an interview with the UK’s Tatler that made the magazine’s cover, but the folks at the Tatler seem to have been a little unclear about the role Ms. Gyllenhaal would be playing. Let’s just tuck that cover shot below the fold, shall we?

Maggie was deliciously spanked in “Secretary”
mmmmmm, what more needs to be said.
I still can’t quite figure out why, but I remember thinking precisely how sexy she was in the very sweet movie, Stranger than Fiction.
Actually there were a couple scenes in Secretary that were pretty damn hot.
