Stop Talking to Your Food

By Mr. Atoz in George Clooney

George Clooney’s love life seems to consist of a long string of cocktail waitresses, but he still hasn’t gotten over the loss of his truly significant other—Max, Clooney’s pet potbellied pig. Max passed away three years ago, and Clooney still misses him. A lot. So much, in fact, that the actor has hired a psychic to put him in touch with the porker’s soul in Hog Heaven, or wherever it is dead potbellied pigs go:

The psychic told me Max had a great life with me. He is very happy in spirit and still hangs out with me sometimes. I am not sure she was telling the truth but I do want to believe her.”

The BS factor in this story is off the charts, but Clooney’s affection for his pet is touching, sort of, and if the psychic gave him a little peace of mind that can’t be a bad thing. Meanwhile, I’m adding “deceased pet psychic” to the long list of intriguing jobs that my high school guidance counselor never got around to telling us about.

I wish more celebrities would reveal tidbits like this about their personal lives, so that people could more accurately assess the value of their political opinions.
