Poor Tara Reid just can’t catch a figurative break. The vacant-eyed actress appeared on the Thursday edition of MTV’s “It’s On with Alexa Chung.” A few hours later, the network announced that they were cancelling Chung’s program after it’s 2nd season finale (to air Dec. 17th). Coincidence? I think not.
