I’m still pissed, all these years later, that Frampton was too pretty for his own good.

I saw him in concert not too long ago, and endured quite a bit of ragging at work about it, but…he was terrific; wity and charming and damned entertaining.

I was not aware that he and George Harrison were best buds, but his solo rendition of ‘My Guitar Gently Weeps’ was amazing as was ‘Lines On My Face’.

And, from what I’ve read over the years the voice box is not so damned easy a feat to pull off.

Too bad that seems to be all anyone remembers about him
