Teh crazy is not so good for one’s popularity

A recent gallop poll says that Tom Hanks gets the warmest reaction from fans when it comes to seeing his movies. For teh Tom-Cat it appears that teh crazy seems to be taking it’s toll.

Asked whether or not they make a special effort to see movies starring 13 different Hollywood A-listers 34 percent said they avoid Cruise’s pictures.

Cruise had the most negative reaction of any of the 13 stars in the poll.

Tom Hanks had the most positive reaction of any of the stars in the poll. Forty-four percent said they make a special effort to see his pictures, backed up by another 48 percent who said they consider seeing his films. Only 5 percent said they avoid them.

Angelina Jolie was a distant second to Tom-Cat with 18 percent of people avoiding her movies. That statistic of course drops considerably when the married men who were polled are out of their wives’ earshot.

Mel Gibson, King of the Sugar Tits, was mid pack with 26 percent make an effort to see his movies, with 15 percent saying they avoid them.

All this just goes to show it takes a special breed of crazy to turn off American movie goers.
