It’s been awhile since we last spoke of Hilah Johnson, a.k.a., The Anti-Gwyneth, of Hilah Cooking, but I wanted to spread the joy of her Monte Cristo Sandwiches. Admittedly, this episode aired a few weeks ago, and she seems really depressed, so I kinda want to hand her a gin and tonic. However, I just cooked these sandwiches yesterday for my family, which gobbled that shit up and even wanted seconds. Of course, I couldn’t eat one because I’m a damn vegetarian, but I did make a modified version with some vegetarian bacon. Yeah, I know … I’m definitely going to hell for that one.
