Victoria Beckham says that if you’re a true Spice Girl fan, then the situation warrants medical attention. Hell, I could have told her that much.
“I think that it shows you are a true fan when you cry or when you pass out.
“When the paramedics are called I think that is a good sign, it shows real determination as a fan.”
Passing out is generally a sign of hypoglycemia, emotional distress, or lack of nourishment — all of which may or may not be associated with actual Spice Girl fandom.
