Bedhead headquarters has long-since declared itself largely ignorant of the treasures of prime-time television, so we missed out on Autumn Reeser’s stint on “The OC.” However, Miss Reeser has been kind enough to pose for the upcoming September issue of Maxim, which, unfortunately, brings back some of those quickly repressed memories of Lost Boys: The Tribe.
Miss Reeser is a pretty crappy actress, but she is attractive enough that her lack of talent won’t deter her from life as a direct-to-DVD regular. Our opinion of Reeser has been confirmed by Mister Major Life Changes 2008, who, after stating that no other film had “quite so thoroughly violated my teen years” as Lost Boys: The Tribe, went on to concede that “Autumn Reeser is quite fetching so silver lining and that.” Yes, well, at least this particular Maxim shoot beats the one in which Reeser rolls around on a bear-skin rug. You know, if one considers the advantages of latex pants and all that:

She has kind of a young Dana Delaney/Catherine Keener cross-up thing going on.
